
Padangbai is a village located in Manggis District, Karangasem Regency, on the east side of the island of Bali, Indonesia. Padang Bay has two ports, they are port for Fast Boat service that connecting between Bali to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, Lombok /Bangsal, Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air. and other one is for slow ferry that connecting between Bali and Lombok / Lembar and Nusa Penida
In addition to being a port, also offers tourists the life of a beautiful and quiet small beach town in the form of a bay where to the east there is a promontory called Tanjung Sari whose name is taken from the name of a sacred place of worship of the Empu Bharadah temple called Pura Tanjung Sari. In addition to the main white sandy beach, there are also 2 other white sandy beaches, namely Padang Kurungan beach in the east and Bias Tugel beach in the west. Padang Kurungan Beach is a beautiful beach which is famous for its underwater beauty which is dominated by colorful ornamental fish and soft corals and the existence of a blue lagoon in the middle of its beautiful beaches, so this beach is often also called blue lagoon beach. Meanwhile, Bias Tugel beach (White Sand Beach), which is located west of the main Padangbai beach, is famous for its beauty because of its wide spread of white sand and blue and clear sea.
